Internation Cooperation Department invites all graduates, master’s degree students and residents of KRMU to participate in Erasmus Mundus Be In Precision Medicine (BeInPM) programme.
BeInPM is a one-year Master’s programme (60 ECTS credits), entirely taught in English, with a focus on precision medicine, which refers to treatment strategies that considers patients’ specificities and variability in terms of:
✓ Genetic and epigenetic information,
✓ Post-genomic regulation,
✓ Environment and lifestyles,
✓ As well as their interactions,
… So as to provide the right patient with the right treatment.
BeInPM is open to well-trained students from around the world who:
- Have completed a 4-years Bachelor’s degree, or one year of MSc course, equivalent to 240 ECTS credits, in a relevant field, i.e.: clinical sciences, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, medicine, pharmacy
- Possess a good level of English.
The programme is offered by a consortium composed of:
• Université Grenoble Alpes (Grenoble, France)
• Universitat de Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain)
• Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (Naples, Italy)
Applications are open until the 15th of February 2020
Selected students will be granted a scholarship of €1,000 per month for a period of 12 months and an amount of up to €4,000 covering travel and installation costs. Tuitions fees will be directly paid by the Erasmus Mundus programme.
Upon completion, successful students will be awarded the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree (EMJMD).
Graduate students will be trained as health professionals in fields related to personalized medicine, to enter PhD programmes or R&D associates in the private sector.
