On September 5th, the rector’s visit to the Moscow region took place to participate in the IV Congress of Pediatricians. This event took place in person and online from September 5th to 8th at the estate of the museum-reserve “Arkhangelskoye” and in the building of the Moscow Region Government. During the congress, the rector delivered a report titled “International Medical Academy: A New Format of Collaboration.”Also participating in the congress were Andrey Yuryevich Vorobyev (Governor of the Moscow Region), Mikhail Albertovich Murashko (Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation), Leonid Mikhailovich Roshal (Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, President of the National Medical Chamber).
“Thanks to such educational and communication platforms, specialists have the opportunity not only to exchange experience but also to implement modern technologies for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases in children,” emphasized the Chief Pediatrician of the Moscow Region and Director of the “Scientific Research Clinical Institute of Childhood of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Moscow Region,” Niso Odinaeva.
Over the course of three days, participants of the Congress heard more than 250 presentations from 200 experts from Russia and foreign countries. Specialists took part in workshops and training sessions, as well as discussed current issues in pediatric medicine, the prospects for its development, and the improvement of methods for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases in children.
